My understanding of Retraction which is limited and not guaranteed to be correct is;

  1. The holder has up to 6 years to request Retraction.
  2. The company has the option to set up a segregated account with the required funds to cover the Retraction and after 6 years any unclaimed money and interest earned belongs to the company. I don’t know if it is a requirement.
  3. After 31 Dec 2012 dividends and interest does not accrue on PR.A

Where do you get this from? I don't see anything like it in the prospectus. It looks like the shares continue to exist and pay the same interest rate until one party or the other calls for redemption or exchange.
