My tolerance for risk is fairly high. That being said, the immediate risks on Curis are pretty black and white. They already have their ADEQ permit for the test facility...waiting on the close of the public comment period and the responses to any appeals.. They are waiting on the EPA permit which is expected before year end. The hearing on the legality of the town ordinance banning the use of sulphuric acid is set for the end of January.

If all goes well, by the end of January, I would expect to see a substantial uptick, as it would be clear sailing until the test run is complete.

Even if they only put the State land into production, the current price is still at quite a discount. If you can't take the risk, February will be the time to buy.
