The company could certainly use more industry experience in senior management now that its products are coming to market. The legacy advisors and also recent appointees (this past year) advisory board reflect some heavy hitters in every respect and should be a channel to bring in those type of people.

This management change should reflect a new chapter in the company's evolution and hopefully, the directors and advisors will step up to fill in the gaps while they enlist senior industry people.

Actually, if the advisory board were running the company this thing would humm! Which is not a knock against remaining senior management but an obvious statement.

i like more, what this company has done this past year than any year previous (other than stock price) and hopefully next year captures the enormous potential locked up in these technologies.
