I don't think Jeff has much choice now.

There is a deadline, and something will have to be announced before shareholders start tendering to Brookfield towards the end of Jan. That is plenty of time for even the foot-draggers to get their numbers together.

I have a sneaking suspicion we will get a news release when we least expect it, and long before that deadline.
