GOLDNEV RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Goldnev Resources Inc.'s board of directors of the company has accepted the resignation of Marc Dame as president and chief executive officer of Goldnev, effective April 27, 2012. Mr. Dame continues as a director of the company.

The interim president and chief executive officer of Goldnev will be Peter Shepherd. Mr. Shepherd is an investment industry professional with extensive experience in consulting and providing financial services to both private and public junior oil and gas companies. Since 2003, he has been involved in advising, structuring and financing of numerous junior companies. Mr. Shepherd is a shareholder of Goldnev.

Goldnev's goals and objectives during this transition period are to raise some operating funds from sale of two of its assets, bring current all filings with the Toronto Stock Exchange and remove the trading restrictions that are currently in place.

Charlie Chapman will act as an adviser to the company through the transition process, and will continue to provide contracted consulting staff engineering and geological services to the company, and also continue to operate the company's oil and gas properties. Mr. Chapman resigned as an officer of the company on Aug. 8, 2011, and as a director on March 21, 2012.

??? Goldnev will keep shareholders informed on its progress for reinstatement of trading of its securities and general corporate activities and welcomes any inquiries in regard to these matters.???
