Earlier offer

Earlier offer

Given that the Strategics are definitely not stupid, they know the Brookfield-imposed deadline, so any one of them that is serious about buying WND can be expected to make an offer before (perhaps at least a week before) the deadline, to give the WND Directors a chance to get analysis from Rothschild, a value-opinion from an independent Investment Bank and to prepare a SEDAR filing with all the contract details.

If there are still Strategics indicating they will bid, some day, on January 20th, Jeff and the Board will have a dilemma. I presume that they will then go with the best offer, presuming those who have not bothered to bid in 2+ months are not serious enough to be relied upon.

How do we get a much earlier announcement?

Someone bids high and says it is only open for acceptance for a week or two...pushing everyone else to make a better offer or give up?
