You may not be too far off here superman, for what I see happening is something similar that took place in mid August, when the stock traded horizontally at $0.60/share for a month, then popped out and rallied to $0.95. 

 

We know the market likes the Kores partnership/arrangement, for it also ran to $0.75/share on Oct 23rd then FRO announced the increased option arrangement with Kores.....albeit it didn't hold at that upper level. And we now strongly suspect the reason for this is, the market wants to see the money.

 

So Friday is the day. And the PFS is coming in Jan, Feb or March.
