The two co-founders are gone a long time ago. Mark is on the Board..... but it's too late in the day.

 

We don't know is what's going on. Maybe there can be some restructuring. But have to prove to the courts that profits can be had. Another problem is the slow sign-ups of car dealers. Doesn't bode well for the future.

 

If they can sell the tax losses and get some creditors to do a debt for share deal, maybe some breathing room exists for a new line of business. They would have to convince the court that financing will be available. When emerging from CCAA, they must have reasonable expectations of any future viability. Otherwise bankrupty will occur if creditors pursue Futura after they emerge from creditor protection.

 

Then it's the end of the line.
