RE: RE: New investor, doing some DD before buying.

Hi, and thanks!

I just spoke with Dale from IR on the phone for about 15 mins, and he's very responsive about all the questions I had on the company. So I'm very impressed! I just opened a position in DNG, and will be accumulating more over the next while! Hoping for some more tax sellers to hit the sell button lol...

About the tax claim, Dale set my mind at ease... the subsidiary has almost no asset on the parent company's books - it does have an exploration property, but nothing to do with Tumipampa - and so even it's ruled against the subsidiary, it won't have any impact on the parent company.

I also asked him about Tumipampa, and things really look very interesting! I'm still letting all this info sink in, so I'm still spending time re-reading a lot of the info. But from what we talked about, I asked him about DNG's strategy regarding Tumipampa, and it seems with the implied size of it, the company will either sell it or do a JV, as it would be too big for them to do alone. And as for the vein containing about 1.5 - 1.7 Moz (not 43-101, but just #'s he gave me), he said they will build that one out. Please note that the resource # he gave is NOT 43-101 compliant. They'll have the 43-101 in the 2nd half of 2013.

If any one has addtional info to share with me, that'd be great. thanks!
