My opinion on the properties (not incl Engineer): Minto Area - worth lies in BCG's ability to find people in need of an IPO project. This has been accomplished but the payout is small given most optionees walk after one season. The market for IPO's is drying up and further optioning is in doubt. After a few years of no exploration this will not even fly as an IPO project. Off White - whatever did happen to that? I would imagine results weren't all that great or we would have heard about them. Sickle Sofia - look at drill results and how dormant the project is. Voigtberg - a bit better but very similar version of above. The Rest - pffft.
I assess companies and properties for a living, and yes I have been an optionee as well as optionor and have completed purchases as well as sales of properties.
