When2buy,

As I understand, the government's concern is around state owned firms buying canadian oil and gas assets. Private foreign companies will not see the same scrutiny. Also, there is a lot of cash from the Nexen and Progress takeovers that have to go somewhere...So I don't think that annoucement would have had that negative an impact.
