They issued the shares to KBG because they didn't want to look like they bombed out. They don't care about the dilution. The only one that would be remotely interested in that property would be Goldcorp and why would they want it after Mega drilled the so called down dip extension and it wasn't there. If they had to make a large cash payment to KBG do you think they would have done that? As for North Maddsen, if they are so sure this is going to be an economic open pit mine they should be drilling the you know what  out of it. It has road access and cheap exploration costs. Why are they doing nothing? As a shareholder I do not want them to conserve their money to pay themselves inflated salaries.  If the project is as good as they say then please DO SOMETHING WITH IT. You cannot build a mine by doing nothing. As for finding a replacement CEO, why is it taking so long. Is it because the projects they have are borderline at best?  As for Monument Bay that is another screw up they did by not going underground as promised.  Looks like a Roll-Back and restructuring to me.
