RE: RE: I don't know what to say

Thanks savuti

I am certain that you realize that AO may have mislead us.  When he stated (at the last webinar and that could be recovered for legal action) he stated some factual data which was incorrect.

Andrew claimed that the burn rate was 1.1$MM but after the List of Creditors were disclosed showing some 8.4$MM in debt (and it was actually greater than that as RickWareRacing was first listed as being owed 1.1$MM and that was revised upward to 1.37$MM).

It seems as if we were purposely being mislead with those incorrect numbers.  I am not speaking about forward looking statements.  We are speaking about incorrect information being publicly given to shareholders.

Andrew better win this situation with INT lest he wants to feel the heavy side of the stick from shareholders.  And further, I am not accepting 20% of a newly formed Poynt.  We (the current shareholders) own 100% of Poynt.

I just can't understand what Andrew Osis did to Poynt.

Andrew, we want our money back and you can take Poynt private
