It is also looking for exploration and evaluation activities located in Quebec, Canada.

I'm not positive but I think at 10% an early warning report has to be released and at 20% the take-over rules apply with a news release. Windermere had released one on GER when it acquired nearly 20%. I think the U.S. investor has got nearly 7% so far. I think something is going to happen after the Lithium PEA is released.
