Acelove

Thanks for the assistance but you can go deeper into the hole if you attempt to implement a rescue plan for Poynt with AO in a leadership position.

The first question I must ask before I come on board.

  1. Did Andrew apologize and take responsibility for Poynt's current state?

If Andrew is not saying sorry and attempting to blame DL then we are dealing with a sociopath and Poynt's outcome will be the same tomorrow as it is today.

Again did Andrew take responsibility and say he was sorry.

Sorry for what?

  1. For taking a short-term-loan (3 mth @ 8%) and then securing the company against the said short-term-loan
  2. Did Andrew admit that he was not prudent with shareholder's investment capital

If the answer is NO to any one of the two above questions "something bad is gonna to happen".

Don't stick you neck out for an unrepentant Andrew.

That's my advice to you Acelove.

Image a 50$MM company sold for 10$MM.  That is the result securing a short-term-loan against a businrss.

Acelove, you refer to yourself as a businessman.  Would you ever secure short-term-loan against a business?
