re: Perspective

re: Perspective

Thanks for your post Techone. I agree that the financing announcement will resolve a lot of unanswered questions that are now just speculation, as is the future price of tungsten. In that respect, I do note that the feasibility study was based on "projected long term tungsten prices" by Roskill, the firm contracted to perform the projection. Roskill's site indicates it has been around since 1930, consults worldwide, and currently has clients in more than 100 countries. Although this bio guarantees nothing, potential deriative liability stemming from an ineptly performed study certainly provides more of one.

I also agree with MajorMac that the valuation I earlier posted is dated. I didn't find a more current valuation. Is one out there? But, as Major notes, the (March, 2012) valuation does provide some background. I think it also adds insight into some of the numbers earlier challenged on this board, particularly expenses and JV interests, which were considered.

To keep up with the TA of the current correction underway, I post todays chart with an Andrews' Pitchfork charting tool added for perspective. So far, nothing really unexpected. Still strong volume, RSI, and money flow. IMO, three things suggestive a near term reversal: 1) today closed with what might be considered a hammer (it could use a little longer downside wick/shadow), 2) MFI (a voume-rated RSI) is almost 90 in spite of the correction, and, 3) a high accumulation/distribution line. All of these support buying pressure. Good luck to all. Seg
