I was told the brokerages have the rights and have had them in the form of a global certificate since they began trading. The agent was absolutely certain. If this is true then why are the banks (brokerages) not depositing the rights in the customers' accounts? In the prospectus I received about the rights issue it even says the rights will be deposited into the brokerage accounts on or immediately after the rights begin trading on the TSX.

If the above is true, that the brokerages have the rights but have prevented us from trading them, and we could have sold them for a much higher price, I smell a law suit against the brokers, or arbitration for damages.
