I guess they plan on having a financing completed by Feb. 28, 2013. They must be hurting for money right now. Remember Sandstorm still gets their stream even though the company is only at 1/3 production. I won't buy anymore until there is a little more certainty with the company's finances. I don't really find the release too positive, it raises more questions than it answers. I am guessing a financing of 50 million shares at 20 cents to raise $10 million to get them over the hurdle to become cashflow positive.
