It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

Yeah, with the block removed, the remaining asks will evaporate.  The bids far outweigh the asks.  This morning's NR is just the beginning of a number of reports pointing toward the AGM.  Next up will be the current first quarter financials.  That will begin the introduction to a full production schedule.
