Surge in tech stocks overall

Articles around today about the increasing surge for tech stocks and the 'hopeful' for a US resolution to the fiscal cliff. This may be because of that and lets hope if and when they do get the 'fiscal cliff' stuff worked out that it drives it higher.

ie RIM up, Apple up etc
