RE: RE: RE: Loss of Control for Pinecrest

I was surprised how quickly STO was able to do due dilegence on Bonterra and seek lawyer opinions and all else with number of Board meetings in such a short window. How did they run models on a combined basis this quickly? I own both now and not sure what PRY will do. They had a lock up aggreement with management for 27% but that was probably a "soft" lock up and it allows them to tender elsewhere if there is a superior deal.  I was really surprised how much PRY sold off. That was huge and I wonder if their was some manipulation given how things are turning out. Like some of you I think PRY could do fine standing alone although the combined company of considerable quality would have been an interesting vehicle for those seeking income. The Bonterra company does not exhibit the same excellent metrics as STO and PRY. Interesting how Bonterra has not sold off. That could be that the growth oriented investors have bailed during the PRY deal so you don't have that aggresive selling we witnessed earlier. Now the shares are in income oriented investors hands and hedge funds. You have to think this scenerio unfolding now was analyzed before PRY made their offer. I guess now I hope PRY walks too. I agree high $1.80's and STO moves up nicely too.
