RE: RE: RE: Dale Choi Report on MPRP conflict

I completely agree with you Marpican - well said.

This conflict between doctrinal politics and practical economic realities seems to recur around the world in various jurisdictions every time economically uneducated leaders are elected.  They discover, to their dismay, that capital is free to move in this world to friendlier and more stable jurisdictions, and flees from onerous or non-competitive taxation rates.  Hopefully the people of Mongolia (and optomistic investors like me who expect eventually Mongolia will do the right thing and honor their agreements) don't suffer too much in the meantime.

This should be a "feel good" story for Mongolia - a fantastic project that will spread prosperity through their economy.  Yet here we are yet again facing wrangling and uncertainty.  Very disappointing, but I'm standing by my committment and trust common sense and self-interest will ultimately steer Mongolians to the proper course, which is I repeat, honoring their committments and agreements.
