Seeing as we don't really know any of the other bidders, I believe everyone's passing them all off, and dedicated to INE buying this out-right.  I have to wonder where GE sits in this, with their previous agreement with the one project's funding.  With INE going ahead with their recent purchases of $68.6M, and their upgrades totalling an expected $28.5M, I can't say for certain that they're gonna be the winning bid.  

The speculation in here is that FVR is selling for $50M.  A 20yr agreement, and 355mwh accumulitive portfolio which is expected to bring in $100M annually, must be worth a bit more than $50M.  Especially when you consider FVR's other assets outside of these 4.  Including, their already deposited $4M to the BC gov't for the projects.

 

With that thought in mind, I really want to see a bidding WAR!!  First round, might be in the $1 range..
