Just a little story. Back in the early 80's I had abroker who would send me new IPO's. Some a 1000 a shares some at 10, 000 shares. I had 2 interesstng ones

1  A IPO company called Research in Motion. I had them at around some where around the .20 cent price. I had no idea what the company was going to do. I sold it at maybe .40 or .50 a couple days later. 10 years later it was the company that invented the Black B.berry. I should have hung on.

 

2 A IPO gold company  called BRE-EX . I had 50,000 share at .05 cents . I sold again within a month at maybe .50 . I was happy at the time but then it took a run to over 200.00 after a false claim of the biggest gold strike ever.

 

Morel of the story IMO is WPX cpuld be another one of these so how on folks things don't happen overnight.
