You are right that WB has likely no interest in Woulfe whatsoever. I have thought of the scenario you mention myself -- i.e. if IMC wait until Woulfe runs out of money, they could presumably arrange to scoop the mine anyway. However, Woulfe has some major investors who wouldn't be too keen on that happening. I think if it were absolutely necessary, the major players like Commonwealth Bank of Australia or Dundee would likely be willing to pony up a little more cash in order not to lose their previous investments. This would be an ugly scenario leading to further dilution etc., so let's hope it doesn't go there. I think IMC wants Tungsten. They do not, necessarily, want to operate a mine.
