As a general rule, most people over estimate the value of their homes. At the end of the day, it is only worth whatever the market is willing to pay. We can talk all day about NPV or the future price of tungsten, but with WOF we do have a 'market price' on the table. IMC is willing to fork over $70 mil. for 25% for Sandong. That puts the value is Sandong at $280 mil. Absent all other pertinent factors, that is as good as it gets should IMC decide to proceed with deal as originally outlined.
