RE: manipulation

RE: manipulation

How do we know the share price is purposely being held down?

Because there are sellers? There have been sellers, some large sellers, all the way up.

On the other hand, a strategic buyer, like Brookfield could be selling to keep the share price from going too high, trying to get other people to sell, while using other brokers, Brookfield could be buying. But we can't tell that from the Market activity one way another. Or at least I can't.

So, if you can read manipulation from the time and sales and level2, please explain the facts and how you draw your conclusions so we don't have to rely on some poster who doesn't know enough to use brains and uses guts instead.

I see no hint at the ultimate share price in today's acivity and there are NO sellers who have any idea of what the best bid for WND will be, because it likely has not even been made yet. And anyone who has now made the highest bid cannot be sure that some other bidder won't top it.

The only bid we knowm as a fact (rather than opinion) is $2.50 and we know that Jeff says some non-binding bids are higher than $3.
