I believe the $75 million that Angle paid for the Stonefire assets included the assumption of the $25 million of debt. So, the total deal was $75 million not $100 million. Neither here nor there. 

 

Like you said, some of the assets that they purchased, they are retaining. Whether the original Stonefire acquisition was a good one or not, Angle is holding on to some core area and greatly improving their balance sheet. Also, this divestiture improves their operating costs going forward.
