Guys, lots stop taking this situation lightly.

I am convinced that Acelove is doing what he says that he is doing and the he is using every once of his effort and contact list to right the wrong that happened to Poynt.

If we are being entirely honest with what is happening we can see a trend in place.  Take for instance, Socius' 15$MM PP came with terms and conditions.  That money was designated only to China and if memory serves me correctly someone (not saying that it was Terren) got a multimilliion (around 2.5$MM) COMMISSION for setting up the China deal.

Low and behold, what happened.  Poof out of nowhere came Intertainment (with linkage to Socius through PP's) with the bright idea of Ortsbo being integrated into the Poynt platform.  They gave Poynt a short-term-loan and secured it against the assets of Poynt - that part was Andrew's fault.

What we, as investors, do not know and would like clarified was whether this initiative received the blessing of Socius.  I have no proof of that.  I am not pointing my finger and saying that this may have a "gang up" on Andrew and all of Poynt's shareholders.

All I am saying here is that we all should open our eyes to all possibilities.

Maybe, just maybe, Andrew Osis was a victim of a scheme.  Not saying that this is so!  All I am saying that this is probable.

So my friends we first must discover who the real bad guys are.  Notwithstanding that, AO did make some apparent bad decisions.  What we do not know was "who was giving him assurances".

Something strange may have happened here.  Therefore we should not judge Andrew harshly until the complete file and all events are known.

It is my gut feeling now that AO may have been the victim of (how not to get sued) .........................................

Let Acelove do his stuff.  Let us stand back and take a deep breath.  Let the situation unfold.  As far as I can see the battle has just begun.

Good luck my friends
