A very interesting link you posted recently...re; shandong xinfa...

I had been hearing that rusal was looking for chinese partners for new smelters both in siberia and globally...makes a lot of sense and I personally believe this MOU between rusal and xinfa is the precursor to something big with orbite....

great find glenn...I think its more important than just about anything else I have read recently which will concern orbite...
