Altima Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ARH)(FRANKFURT:AKC) announces that it anticipates closing the final tranche of its private placement to raise the balance of up to $11,043,189 through the issuance of convertible debentures by December 15, 2012, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
