for our rights in our accounts.....bmo representative reponded the following, there might be another followup by a different representative.

 

In general, when there are new shares or rights/warrants to be distributed, the anticipated payable date is only an estimated date. The transfer agent will send the brokers/brokerage firms the shares when all shareholder information is ready and the exact number of shares/rights has been confirmed. Therefore, the share delivery may be delayed.
