Some parrallel The Tuorquoise mine in nevada has some similarities. Hi grade closely spaced veins. Took many many drillbores to outline an engineering marvel to develop an underground operation. It's deeper as well as higher grade, leaving economic scales within range of Cow.
Seems thinking may be evolving to go open pit on this one. It would be Giant, as big as they get in nevada (or anywhere for that matter). Thinking this is Newmont. Plenty of info. is available, with some effort thru google, including detailed original underground. (U of N? BLM?)
My homework on this underground mine is a year + old. The thoughts for open pit ability are rumours, just a month or two old.
