I would agree, Frank's compensation is beyond extreme.
It should be relative to GBB performance and SP.
However, allow me to correct your math.
Frank’s compensation (last time I checked) is 20 oz of AU per month.
The table below illustrates Frank's worth in gold per year relative to the price of gold . Now that is obscene.
