They are more of developmental stage part company not as advanced they probably need to develop and the financing as well..It is a shame that one was on my watch list too it had potential RVD .. I would not be surprised if the shareholders somewhat snub the deal and it begins the potash sector going to start rolling by the time beginning of year comes the Chinese and India will bend...Indian holiday is finished now comes the new reigns of China and Chinese Lunar year in Febuary soon the whole of the potash sector is going to gear up in M/A and probably other sectors in commodities and way before this we should know what the US fiscal cliff is going to do.. Right now joint ventures/merger combinations and stakes are the way to go and the long run is the better when the prices pick up on commodities by selling out now they will sell out the shareholders...JMHO
