RE: From an old Krn report
KRN intends to use the overlying Blairmore aquifer as a water source, which we do not believe is used by Mosaic’s Belle Plaine solution mine, although we understand the Blairmore can be highly variable across southern Saskatchewan in terms of flow and quality (e.g., turbidity / clay horizons).
• KRN has performed 3D seismic studies and drilled a commercial water well, and management believes the water source is suitable for both flow and quality to support the Wynyard mine. We understand the government has approved KRN to use the Blairmore on its potash disposition for no charge/rate.
