V Chip is an FCC mandated technology . The newly improved USPTO approved version of how it works and what it all does is all encompassing. LG's so called work around ( grey area ) is not immune to infringement on this one imo.

Provided LG doesn't propose or accept a new license agreement, I think there will be a re match on this one.
