Regarding the dual listing, I believe LLEN will need to have a big ten audit firm (in Hong Kong) to sign off the accounts first.  

For the time being, the Company ought to keep legit. ownership or mining rights, a clean set of books of accounts, as well as to come clear of "State Screts" issue like what some of the Chinese companies listed in HK and US are facing.
