RE: Another possibility juanito

Billy,

There I disagree with you. In my years as an istitutional broker I have discovered there are four different types of buyers for your stock. This is in order of importance to create the highest shareholder value, from worst to best.

1. The retail investor: This guys trades his shares for 20%, then looses 10%, generally a fly by night investor, who creates no true worth for the company.

2. The hedge funds: These are scums of the industry. They buy deals that are oversubscribed, just to put on a large short position. In other words can create endless supply of stock, as long as the borrow is on, and ultimately have no vested interest in the companies success. Many CEOs of Public companies do not know this, but when they are doing a financing, The Company has a choice on whether or not a new shareholder is approved. If I ran Argex or any public company, I would NEVER sell any shares to Hedge funds during a financing.

3. LONG Funds: These are the second best investor in your stock, because most fund managers have deep pockets. I have seen a micro cap fund give $500,000 to a small company we where financing once and in two years, the same group of Funds give $15Million. These are the guys you want on your side. If you perform as a company, they will always be there as a source of Capital.

4. And Finally The Best, Strategic Partners: These people are like PPG, SW, and Akzo and all the rest...Dupont, Huntsman, even Iluka. These groups make the greatest impact on share price as they usually come to the table with more than just money...they come with complete Due Diligence and a Purchase agreement and R and D. They instantly create Credibility for Argex Globally!! They continue to work alongside argex with a vast wealth of experience and guidance.

If I had my choice, Argex would be totally financed, if possible, by this group. Instantaneously, the company could walk into any large fund globally, or any broker, and THEY would be recognized as the little company with the best TiO2 process on the planet that just got financed by any one of the above.....Any questions on where the share price would be after that world tour of brokers and Fund Managers happens??? My guess is a bit higher....hehe
