I looked up the ccc rating and I find this very concerning.

CCC

A very speculative grade assigned to a debt obligation by a rating agency. Such a rating indicates default or considerable doubt that interest will be paid or principal repaid. Also called Caa.

CCC

1. A credit rating used by the S&P and Fitchcredit agencies for long-term bonds and some other investments. It is equivalent to the CAA rating used by Moody's. A CCC rating represents an extremely high risk bond or investment; banks are not allowed to invest in CCC rated bonds. CCC bonds are junk bonds.
