I never thought there would be a buy back,  i just mentioned it as in I couldn't stand the chatter of divy, then divy vs. buyback.  A few in the know such as Robert knew what was coming and it was just a waiting game, just like the Shell AGR.  It's coming...  "some"day.  within the next 6 months.  No real hurry to announce it.  They will and have started the steps it takes to build the thing before this annoucement everyone is waiting on.  I was more expressing mr frustration of waiting 6 months for UMU-10 flow rates and the Shell deal has been anyday since March?
