There is little chance that SND share price will be anywhere near 70 cents at the December 23, 2012 expiry date.  Therefore they will expire worthless unless extended.
My opinion remains that the warrants should be extended for at least another 6 months.
Many companies (especially venture companies) extend warrants all the time.
We know that the company intends to keeping raising cash to make new deals and many existing warrant holders have the confidence to hand over new money for management to put to work.
A big advantage of extending the warrants is that the company avoids the otherwise 6% underwriting fee
on a new issue.  This is without question in the best interests of the shareholders.
