i really hope so.. i wish they would state that for the benefit of those here that are worried..

after reading your post i can see maybe they included all teh handles of people they suspect of being a tuo employee.. i have been accused of being several people on here before and they have been accused of being me ..

the point i was trying to make is if they name 64 actual people and are wrong or start slinging mud they will have 64 cases against them for a combined $640 million suit.. not good for anyone..

i think in their own way they were trying to force a settlement but i havea feeling we have reached the point of no return.. when houses get raided no one is in a setling mood..

it is unfortunate things have gone this far i wish they would have been able to come to some agreement (i even considered offering my mediation services but i doubt amk would have accepted..)

on a diffrent note i think we have seen bottom on NES :)
