Here is a quote from the Management's Discussion and Analysis:
In approving this non-executive director compensation program, Longford’s independent directors determined that these director compensation arrangements would be re-visited if Longford has not completed or made substantial progress towards completing a material transaction by approximately the end of April 2013.
I still think that they will come up with an idea soon.
