Partnership Needed to further expand $$$$

Debt on the rise on the balance sheet, but cash is not available to do any more purchases  IMHO(current upgrades) w/ out major dilution.
 

I wish Santa would bring the investors a buyer @ book value(5.02), and everyone could go home a winner.

Balance sheet does not show enough strength to continue consolidation with out major bank loan or buyin by a percentage partner, current Debt +12 million.

Any comments from the acorn gallery, concerning my balance sheet concerns.
