BasherT Nonsense

BasherT Nonsense

"The mill has never operated at a rate higher than 600/t per day so you can book that one pumpers."

BasherT at it again.

The historic mill was rated at 500 ton per day. See the 43-101 report page 146 as i already said before. Page 64 of the Genivar file (page 38 of document) says that the capacity was less than 500 t/d. If they managed to operate a 500 t/d mill at 600 t/d then they were incredibly good miners!

To try to convince people that historic production from a tiny mill will limit future production from a larger mill is Total Nonsense.

From the latest Genivar report:

https://www.metanor.ca/media_uploads_en/Metanor-Bachelor-Lake-etude-impact-en.pdf

The historic mining operation used shrinkage stoping which was not efficient (page 37 of file, page 11 of document).

The new mining operation will use the much more efficient long hole stoping for 90% of the mining (page 48 of file, page 22 of document):

"The very productive long hole stoping method allows better dilution control and lower unit costs."

You think there were no improvements in mining technology after 20 years?

They changed from the Merryl Crowe process to the carbon in pulp which gives a better recovery rate of over 97%.

You think the independent geologists didn't take the historic operations into account before arriving at the conclusions for the new mining operation? They give detail of the historic operation.

Who is more believable, independent geologists or an anonymous poster BasherT?

One thing you can't bash is the very transparent production number of 1715 oz produced for Nov. which equals to a current production rate of 20k oz/yr. They just started mining on levels 12 and 13, haven't started mining on level 14 yet, and are doing exploration drilling on level 15. To say that they can't increase production to over 24k oz/yr for the entire year of 2013 and cite historic production from a small 500t/d mill as reason for limiting production is

Total Nonsense.
