Its Grub Line property is located 3.5 kilometers west of the town of Gander, NL. The Quinn Lake Property comprises two contiguous mineral licenses totaling 700 hectares (ha).

That they're were looking to get control of this company. They need 51%. Their plan is to acquire this property an oust our CEO Beukman. Apparently each shareholder partner holds under 10% but together they have 43% of the float. I have no idea how they got my number. If I don't want to sell them my shares, they want me to join them in partnership to increase their holdings.
