RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: 3 Party Ownership Structur

The agreement will be altered (it probably already has been) because Bendon has apparently not kept up with their payments.  Bendon's apparent recent lack of funding has been mentioned here multiple times in the past.  Why would it be so difficult to alter an agreement if all parties agree?

Assigning shares to Bendon and Badr is just another way (example) of guessing on the % they will get compared to the 136.6 million shares of OLE.  For example if there is a new agreement that dilutes Bendon's interest by lets say 20% then you can say that they have 34.8% instead of 43.5% of the OJVG or 109.3 million shares instead of the 136.6 million shares.  I realize that they ( Bendon and Badr) own a % not a number of shares in the OJVG. It is just another way of looking at percentages.  Nothing else. Again I am just assigning shares because it is easier for me to come up with a final percentage ownership by speculating on the difference that Bendon and OLE have contributed in the project.
