It?s bogus

Merely a ploy to intimidate those who would speak against the company. Nothing will ever come of this in the end. I can cite numerous actions taken against companies and individuals that resulted in nothing more than achieving their silence and not a thing was ever heard of the issue again. Nice way to dump down on a companies sp for some real cheap shares though. Who really should be sued here.>
