Low ball offer concerns

I wonder if Shelly has thought about this. I am sure he has some heavy hitting friends. This with a couple of management/BOD on board, an offer for a buck or 2 and its gone. With the sellers pushing this back down (with not huge volume, but also no one keeping the SP up) this would have a good chance of being taken out. Heck, it would make me think very hard about accepting an offer of say around 1.50 right now.

I would like this to play out and hope this does not happen until much higher levels.
